A vine-like metal garland, Flora makes for an arresting architectural element. Crafted from 1/8” sheet metal, Flora can be twisted and turned to form your favorite arrangement.
The Flora turns quite easy to a Garland 3.5 metres long.
The original of this suspended architectural element was created by Tord Boontje for a new building development on Keane Street, Covent Garden, London.
Suitable for outdoor use, it is intended to slowly patinate over time when subjected to the elements.
Please note that the garland ships as a flat piece of copper on a roll - so the purchaser can bend the flowers and leaves into whatever shape they may wish.
Unfinshed copper which will weather ( patina ) naturally giving it an elegant, antique luster
